What we believe...
Bible The entire Bible is the inspired, infallible and inerrant Word of God and that men and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the books of Scripture (2Pet 1:20-21). The words of the Bible are the primary source for teaching and equipping God's people for a life of righteousness.
GOD We believe there is one God who is the Creator and the Ruler of the universe (Gen. 1:1) He eternally exists in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matt 28:19).
Jesus Christ We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God, in His virgin birth (Matt1:23), His sinless His life (Heb.4:15; 7:26) His atoning death on the cross (Cor 15:3) His resurrection on the third day (John 11:25; 1Cor. 15:4), His exaltation to the right hand of the Father (Heb 1:3) and that He will return again to reign as Lord of lords and King of kings (Acts 1:11, 1Tim 6:13-16).
Holy Spirit We believe in the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit that empowers each Christian to live a Godly life (Rom 8:11). The body of each believer is a temple in which the Holy Spirit is present (1Cor 6:19-20). Therefore, God wishes to baptize every believer in the Holy Spirit, a post-salvation experience that provides power for effective witness, understanding of spiritual truth, guidance in godly living, and the outpouring of spiritual truth, guidance in godly living, and the outpouring of spiritual gifts to edify the church (Luke 24:49). The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is "Speaking in Tongues" as experienced on the day of Pentecost and referenced throughout Acts and the Epistles
